OUR VISION
THE HISTORY OF TRINITY SUPPORT SERVICES
The two directors (Zoe Ashman and Tracy Dean) have both worked on Children in Care teams for many years. Our experience has shown us how difficult it may be for some children and young people who are 'in care'. We have seen first hand that in some instances appropriate and timely intervention work may have made a considerable difference to outcomes.

We also acknowledge that many local authorities are recognising the importance of progressing children's plans and that promoting a positive relationship with their family is an important part of this. In some situations, after a period in care it maybe appropriate for children and young people to return to their family home. We recognise that this is possible as part of a robust reunification plan.

WHY WORK WITH US?
01
Combined, we have 35 years experience in children's services, the majority of this spent with children in care and care leavers.
As a service, we have given much thought to GDPR and we will be using the clearcare system to ensure the safety and security of data.
02
03
We will be using the Outcome Star as a means of measuring outcomes for children and families, along with logging our outcomes as a service in general. The Outcome Star is very easy to use and very visual and will thus play an integral part in confidence building within families.
As practitioners, we are very committed to working in a restorative way; we will ensure that we will work alongside children and their families, we will work hard to forge trusting relationships, we will seek to empower people to take control of their own lives.
04
05
As practitioners, we are also committed to working in a ‘solution focussed’ manner. We believe strongly that the emphasis in any scenario should be placed on listening to and understanding what people identify as the challenges they are currently facing and then supporting them to formulate their own plan to move forward.
Trinity support services has worked hard to build strong links with professionals in other areas such as; housing, careers, education, domestic abuse and therapy. In this way it enables a proactive, responsive and effective approach to service delivery.

Trinity support services will work in conjunction, and cohesively with both Local
Authorities and families.
