Kelly Allatt-Hogg
Edge of Care Co-ordinator | Social Worker
Since: 11/10/2025
I am a qualified Social Worker with First Class Honours, with extensive experience supporting vulnerable children, young people, and families. I am trained in Age Assessments and Parent Assess, and I have a strong foundation in safeguarding practice, enabling me to effectively assess risk and support families in complex and high-risk situations.
I began my career within the local authority, where I worked for eight years as a Personal Advisor supporting young people leaving care. This role gave me valuable experience in helping young people transition to independence, working alongside multiple agencies, and managing a range of complex needs. I then qualified as a Social Worker and spent two years working as a Social Worker for Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC), where I developed advanced skills in assessment, trauma-informed practice, and culturally responsive support.
I am now the Edge of Care Co-ordinator and Social Worker at Trinity Support Services, where I deliver and oversee intensive interventions for families at risk of breakdown. I work closely with local authorities and partner agencies, contributing to professional reports and assessments that support care planning and court processes. My role focuses on strengthening parenting capacity, reducing risk, and supporting families to remain together safely wherever possible.
I am passionate about supporting families through restorative practice and strengths-based approaches, building positive relationships, improving resilience, and achieving sustainable outcomes.
