Molly Rose-Snape
Edge of care / Family Time Practitioner
Since:
I have over 15 years of experience supporting children, young people, and vulnerable individuals across education, policing, and social care. I began my career as an Early Years Practitioner, spending seven years in roles including management, SENCO, and safeguarding, where I developed a strong foundation in child development and early intervention.
I then worked as a Police Community Support Officer for five years, building strong community relationships and supporting vulnerable individuals, which strengthened my skills in communication, risk assessment, and multi-agency working.
I currently work as a Personal Advisor within the Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children’s team, supporting young people through complex challenges using a trauma-informed, person-centred approach. Alongside this, I am a Student Social Worker, further developing my ability to advocate, empower, and promote positive outcomes.
My experience reflects a strong passion for helping others, advocating for service users, and supporting individuals to build confidence, resilience, and independence.
